人生的道路就犹如游戏;然而有些游戏不适合自己去参与,那么就不要勉强;勉强是因为自己的好强,自己的好胜。。看不见的结果,盲目的勉强自己投入;挣扎人生就会变成不自然,不舒服。<br />

倒转过来换一个角度,把那份热诚留在身边爱自己的人。。那么人生就会变得色彩缤纷的彩虹。爱不一定要占有,付出的爱是回报于别人对自己的爱。<br />

八月尾是我人生的转泪点,好久没有返回新加坡乐园;九年的光阴虽然飞逝的过去了,但是温馨和关怀的友情依然没变;然而随着时间的改变和体验,反而更加的获得一份感动。自从参与了我和妹妹的梦想计划,我的人生犹如重生。。从中学习了爱,爱让我真真的长大。<br />
虽然已经是两个宝贝的妈咪,可是直到了八月尾才知道什么是爱。原来一直我都是因为自己的自私,自己的好强,自己的好胜;累垮了自己和身边爱我的人。。<br />

我普通喜欢华人过年(因为到处都是人潮往往,塞车)。。。可是我喜欢它的气氛。。。喜欢看见红红黄黄的花朵的装饰。。喜欢听见电台市场播放的新年歌。。喜欢看见网上我心中所称之为的“超级厨师们”所做的美味佳肴和饼干蛋糕。。。<br />

好久没有做饼干了。。。华人新年是一个很好做佳节饼干的好时候。。因为多数的网友们都会乐在其中。。。<br />

昨天赶着忙碌report的我,停歇一下看看网友们的“家”。。看见了MIN家的杏仁酥。。想想家里还有剩下的杏仁粉。。。好,就决定回家搞好了大宝功课之后就开工。。。哇,好酥好酥的饼干。。。很感恩。。。谢谢MIN的分享。。。<br />

煎熬了这一个月的战争,终于完毕了。。而且心里也知道了成绩。原本预料很难的考题,怎么知道原来不是自己所预测的。。然而以为很简单反而出乎预料的高难度。。下一届的考场再战吧。。不过这么一场考验然我深深的体会了一些人生课题,就是凡是许多事情不是来的严重,反而乐观的看待。。。体会的是平和的心。<br />

接下来就是要上的课题就是我爱的课题。。。。要追击我可爱的烘培世界。每次看了许多师傅阶级的部落格。。。对他们的厨艺是惊讶和崇拜。对我而言吃是人生的一个快乐,不过亲自下手去体会制作的美食。。更是人生的幸福。<br />

今天做了蒸木薯糕,木薯糕是爱吃的糕点,每次看见有卖我一定都会买。喜欢它浓浓的椰浆,软绵绵的糕。。。就是因为这样的爱着它。 <br />
<br />
<u>食谱源自omylife (不过我自己改过了一些)</u><br />
<b><u> </u>蒸木薯糕</b><br />
<br />
<strong>材料:</strong><span style="background-color: red;"></span><br />
木薯(磨幼) 800克<br />
椰丝 200克<span style="color: red;"> (没放,因为我不喜欢椰丝</span><span style="color: red;">)</span><br />
木薯粉 50克<span style="color: red;"> (没放)<span style="background-color: #eeeeee;"></span></span><br />
西谷米 半碗 (泡水里30分钟)<br />
白糖 250克<br />
水 200ml <span style="color: red;">(换成了 400ml 的椰浆)</span><br />
<br />
沾面用:椰丝300克,盐1/4茶匙,香兰叶3片<br />
<br />
<strong>做法:</strong><br />
1.将椰丝,香兰叶和盐一起蒸10分钟,备用。<br />
<br />
2.将全部材料拌匀。<br />
<br />
3.将蒸盘搽油,把拌好的材料倒入蒸盘入蒸笼蒸约40分钟.<br />
<br />
4.吃法 (1) 取出切块, 即可享有。<br />
吃法 (2) 切块后, 粘上白椰丝一起食用.<br />

3. 倒入米浆(先搅拌不然会沉淀),小火不停搅煮至浓稠,盛起倒入一个9寸蒸盘,大火蒸45分钟即可。<br />
4. 完全冷却后才切块食用.</div><br />

<div style="text-align: left;">Caster Sugar / 幼糖 60克</div><div style="text-align: left;">Eggs / 鸡蛋 2个</div><div style="text-align: left;">Super Fine Flour / 特幼粉 120克</div><div style="text-align: left;">Baking Powder / 发粉 1+1/2小匙</div><div style="text-align: left;">Raisin / 葡萄干 100克</div><ol><li>牛油加幼糖打至松发。</li>
<li>加入一个鸡蛋,打至看不到蛋液后才加入另外一个鸡蛋。</li>
<li>同时筛入特幼粉及发粉,使用刮刀拌匀。</li>
<li>加入葡萄干,拌匀。</li>
<li>倒入纸杯内。</li>
<li>预热烤箱150度,烘烤20分钟。(温度及时间仅作参考)</li>

</div><div align="justify">A:糖粉50g,鸡蛋13g,牛油85g</div><div align="justify">B:蛋黄粉20g,面粉125g(我用了特幼面粉)</div><div align="justify">C:香芋馅390个 (分成65g 一份);咸蛋黄6个(清洗掉蛋白,放些白酒,再放入烤箱160C,烘约10分钟即可)。蛋黄放凉后,以一份馅料包入一粒蛋黄,搁置待用。</div><br />

<div>做法:</div><ol><li>把蛋黄粉和面粉混合过筛。置一旁待用。</li>
<li>糖粉筛入大碗内,加入鸡蛋和牛油拌匀。</li>
<li>慢慢的加入(1)的粉类;拌匀成软团。</li>
<li>把面团分成6等份。每份约45g,包入馅料,搓圆。</li>
<li>搽上蛋液,撒些黑芝麻并以180度烘20分钟即可。</li>
